Napper Constitution?

Okay, I've been thinking, and I feel that to resolve issues that have been going on and off for a while now, I feel that we should create a Napper Constitution. It won't be real strict, but enough to lay down some ground rules for the Nappers. At this point, let's just start throwing down ideas, and see what we can come up with. Ben and I will probably be working on it a lot via-email, but I would like to hear your opinions, too, since it is the Napper Constitution.

Just start giving me your ideas so we can get this thing on the road.
